Notice

  • Event days are scheduled to begin early, around 7–8 AM. When possible, volunteers are advised to arrive the day prior. 
    대회 일정은 오전 7~8시경 시작될 예정이므로, 가능하신 경우 전날 도착을 권장드립니다. 


  • Detailed schedules will be announced at a later date.
    세부 일정은 추후 공지될 예정입니다. 


Please note that applicants who previously participated as volunteers but had issues such as no-shows may be excluded from final selection. 

*이전 대회에 자원봉사자로 참여하였지만, 노쇼 등의 이슈가 있었던 경우 최종 선발에서 제외될 수 있어 양해 부탁드립니다.


Volunteer positions

<Judges>

Judges are the core of the competition, working closest to the athletes.

You ensure fairness and bring passion to the event.

Your skills and commitment will make this year’s event a success.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Available for the full competition period (5/1–5/3)
  • CrossFit Level 1 Certificate
  • Completion of the 2026 Online Judges Course
  • Completion of the Advanced Online Judges Course.
  • Please note that we will request certificates from applicants in April.
  • An online training session is scheduled for mid-April, followed by an on-site training session on the afternoon of April 30. Please consider this when applying.



저지는 경기장에서 선수들의 한계를 가장 가까이에서 목격하며, 대회의 공정성과 열정을 상징하는 핵심적인 역할을 담당합니다.

자격 요건

  • 대회 기간(5/1~5/3) 내내 활동 가능
  • CrossFit Level 1 자격증 보유
  • 2026 온라인 저지 코스 수료
  • Advanced 온라인 저지 코스 수료
  • 4월 중 지원자를 대상으로 수료증 제출을 요청드릴 예정입니다.
  • 4월 중순 온라인 교육이 예정되어 있으며, 4월 30일 오후에는 현장 교육이 진행될 예정이오니 지원 시 참고 바랍니다.



<Senior Judges>

If you have experience participating in the last year(or more), you may be assigned as a 'Judge Group' under the judgment of the Head Judge. You assist in controlling the group members and facilitating smooth communication between the Head Judge and each group. Additionally, you help identify specific instructions for each heat according to the Head Judge's directives to ensure the overall smooth operation of the judging group.


여러 번 저지에 참여한 경험이 있는 경우, 헤드 저지의 판단 하에 ‘저지 그룹 리더' 를 담당하게 될 수 있습니다. 그룹 내에서의 인원 통제 및 헤드 저지와 각 그룹간의 원활한 의사소통을 돕습니다. 그 외에도 헤드 저지의 지시에 따라 각 히트별 주의사항을 파악하여, 전체 저지 그룹이 원활하게 운영될 수 있도록 돕습니다.



<Assistant Judges>

Assistant Judges support Floor Judges by counting reps during workouts.

They do not fill out scorecards but play a key role in maintaining fair and smooth judging.

어시스턴트 저지는 경기 중 플로어 저지를 보조하며 반복 횟수를 카운트합니다.

스코어카드는 작성하지 않지만, 정확하고 원활한 저지를 위해 중요한 역할을 합니다.

Gear Crews are responsible for managing all types of equipment necessary for the smooth operation of the competition. Their tasks include setting up, dismantling, and transporting various sports equipment.


원활한 대회 진행을 위해 필요한 모든 유형의 장비를 관리하는 주체입니다. 각종 운동 장비 설치, 해체, 이동 등의 작업을 맡습니다.

Facilitate effective communication between athletes and the operational team, including judges. 

Conduct sequential interpretation during pre-competition briefings. Prefer candidates with familiarity in CrossFit movements and rules, along with experience in sequential interpretation. Assist in writing appeals for athletes, providing support to the Appeals Manager as needed.

This role involves scoring-related responsibilities as well


운동 선수와 Far East Throwdown 운영 팀간의 효과적인 소통을 돕는 역할입니다. 

매일 오전에 진행하는 선수 대상 브리핑(Athletes Briefings)에서 순차 통역을 담당해야하기에, 크로스핏에서 수행하는 동작과 규칙을 잘 이해하고 있어야 합니다. 선수들이 이의제기 양식(Appeal form)을 작성할 때에, 어필 매니저(Appeals Manager) 에게 필요한 지원을 제공합니다. 업무 특성상 순차 통역 경험이 있다면 무척 도움이 됩니다.

통역에는 스코어링 보조 업무가 병행 지원됩니다.

The scoring assistant delivers scorecards to the Judges’ area before each heat and ensures they are collected promptly after the heat ends to be handed to the scoring manager. They are also responsible for tasks such as preparing and distributing scoring examples for each heat, storing and organizing scorecards, and assisting the scoring manager with tasks like score calculation and verifying leaderboard accuracy.


스코어링 매니저를 도와, 대회 내 선수들의 경기 기록과 관련한 업무를 진행합니다. 

각 히트가 진행되기 전, 저지 대기 영역에 스코어 카드를 전달하고 히트 종료 후에는 수집하여 스코어링 매니저에게 전달합니다. 원활한 카드 관리 및 점수 집계를 위해 각 히트별 스코어링 예시 작성 및 배포, 카드 보관, 정리 등을 담당합니다. 외에도 스코어링 매니저를 도와 점수 집계 및 계산 검산, 리더보드 오류 확인 등의 업무를 수행합니다.
